You have no idea what you are talking about. Also, your argument is stupid, because with catalyst off-hand items, people will still be able to cast spells and wield 1-H weapons, but will suffer greatly melee damage-wise or protection-wise, because of the lack of shield protection, or dual wield double damage output, or 2-H massive damage output.
